Save regular pickup and delivery details in your address book. Give them useful nicknames: Main warehouse, Studio, or The place with all the bubble wrap.
Mark several addresses as favourites and choose default pickup and delivery addresses. Favourites sit together in the booking dropdown, making it easier to find the right warehouse without a small expedition.
Open your address book after signing in to start collecting your familiar places. Your account settings also have room for your business address.
A familiar box deserves a shortcut.
If you keep sending the same carton, save its dimensions and an optional default packed weight. Pick that saved size while booking instead of typing it from scratch.
The important word is default: check the actual packed weight each time, because the same box can carry very different things. A cardigan and a collection of doorstops have different ambitions.
Manage saved parcel sizes, including editing the measurements or removing a size you no longer use.

Your dashboard shows shipment activity at a glance. Tracking can include “Next stop: you!” when a supported courier confirms the parcel is onboard for delivery. Updates depend on the courier; use the tracking refresh control to check for the latest available status.
After a supported booking is confirmed, you can get its courier label in Labels & printing. Reprint the saved label when needed without creating another shipment. Paid shipment invoices appear after confirmed payment and document processing.
Keep the booking in your shipping space.
Compare quotes, enter full addresses and review the shipment within the dashboard. Earlier completed steps are clickable, so you can go back and correct details. Card payment is handled securely by Stripe.
