See courier pickup and delivery punctuality, with price history grouped by comparable routes and shipment sizes. Where enough measured live history exists, a Preferred marker helps you choose a courier and service.
A daily heads-up, without the noise
Spot overdue pickups and parcels staying in the same transit status too long. Set your own threshold—two days by default—and use the panel to focus on shipments that need a closer look.
Reminders that fit your day
Plan follow-ups, notes and tasks in your reminder calendar. Keep To do, Schedule and Updates together, with optional browser alerts when you opt in.

Save familiar parcel dimensions and weights, then reuse them when you book. Add different box sizes to one booking and use quantities for identical parcels.

Earn a gift milestone after every 15 eligible completed, paid shipments booked using Sendaparcel’s courier accounts. BYO courier-account shipments do not count towards these milestones.

Clear payment and included cover
Pay by card before a customer booking is created. Sendaparcel’s stated included cover is up to $150 while your parcel is in our possession; see the terms and contact us for cover details.

Using a custom-built online store? Our push-to-Imports API lets your system send ready-to-dispatch orders into your Sendaparcel account. Your team checks the details, confirms parcel sizes, chooses a service and pays before booking. Available tracking references and labels can then be retrieved by your integration.
