1. About these terms
Sendaparcel (ABN 69 095 644 956) provides online parcel quoting, booking, labels, tracking and order-import tools at sendaparcel.com.au. These terms explain use of our platform and delivery services arranged through it. Contact our team at save@sendaparcel.com.au with questions about these terms or a booking. Any separately agreed written service arrangements should identify how they interact with these terms.
2. Your account and booking details
Keep your login and API keys confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be authorised to arrange delivery and provide the sender’s and recipient’s information. Check addresses, phone numbers, parcel measurements, weights and delivery instructions before paying. Contact customer service promptly if a correction is needed after booking.
3. Parcel preparation and restrictions
Our standard limit is 25 kg per parcel, with length plus width plus height no greater than 180 cm. An available quote does not authorise goods outside these limits. Pack goods securely for ordinary transport and attach the correct, readable label where one is required. Never reuse another shipment’s barcode.
Do not book unlawful goods or dangerous goods through the standard form. Ask customer service before sending anything restricted, fragile, unusually valuable or requiring special handling. Acceptance must be confirmed before dispatch; a quote alone is not acceptance of restricted goods.
4. Quotes, payment and additional charges
Prices are in Australian dollars. Freight prices exclude GST unless stated otherwise; review the total including GST before payment. A saved quote or imported order is not a courier booking. Customers must pay by credit card through the approved checkout before a live booking is submitted. Payment for products in an external store does not pay the freight charge.
A price depends on the information supplied and the service selected. Incorrect measurements, weight, addresses or service details, or additional handling, storage, redelivery or redirection, may result in a revised charge. We will explain the reason and basis of an additional charge before seeking payment.
5. Collection and delivery
Have the parcel ready at the confirmed pickup address and time. Collection dates follow booking cutoffs, working days, local public holidays and service availability. A late booking may move to the next eligible day; check the date shown before confirming. Same-day delivery is available only on supported routes within the same state.
Delivery estimates depend on destination and service. They are estimates unless an express guarantee is specifically agreed. A label or consignment reference does not, by itself, confirm a pickup booking or physical collection. Contact customer service about missed pickups. Tracking may update after an event takes place.
Follow the delivery instructions and signature or authority-to-leave options confirmed for the selected service. If delivery cannot be completed, contact customer service about available redelivery, collection or return options and any associated charges.
6. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Request changes or cancellation through customer service as soon as possible and quote the shipment reference. A request is not confirmed until accepted; a shipment already collected or processed may not be cancellable. Withdrawing an imported order does not cancel an existing courier booking.
Refund requests are assessed against payment and booking records, the work already performed and applicable legal rights. We will explain the outcome and any charge retained. These terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule or remove remedies required by law.
7. Included cover and claims
Sendaparcel’s stated included cover is up to $150 while the parcel is in our possession. This amount is not a declaration of the value of your goods, an unconditional payout or a limit on rights that cannot legally be limited. Ask customer service before booking if you need details of the cover or protection for goods worth more than this amount.
Report loss, damage or delivery problems promptly to save@sendaparcel.com.au. Include the shipment reference, a description of the issue, evidence of value and available photographs. Keep the goods and packaging while a claim is reviewed. We will explain the information needed and applicable cover conditions. Contacting us promptly helps us investigate; this paragraph does not waive statutory rights or introduce an automatic claim forfeiture deadline.
8. Imports, API access and labels
The order-import API lets an authorised customer send orders for review, update or withdraw unbooked imports, and retrieve available shipment, tracking and PDF-label information. It currently does not provide customer API endpoints for quoting, payment or live courier booking. Review imported information and pay in Sendaparcel before booking.
Use test keys for test imports and live keys only for authorised live work. Check an existing reference after a timeout before resubmitting. Label layout depends on the selected service; a universal thermal-label format is not currently promised. Direct Couriers same-day deliveries do not require a courier label. Protect downloaded labels because they contain personal information.
9. Service partners and platform tools
Delivery may be performed with delivery partners and subcontractors. Service-specific requirements disclosed before booking form part of the booking, subject to applicable law. Pip, performance comparisons, estimated arrival times and alerts provide guidance; check important details before relying on them for a time-critical shipment. Performance ratings use recorded history and cannot guarantee the outcome of a future delivery.
10. Privacy and responsible use
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Provide only information needed for the service, including when using an integration or Pip. Do not use the platform to upload unlawful content, interfere with security or access another customer’s records. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse or protect customers, and will explain the reason where it is appropriate and lawful to do so.
11. Legal rights and changes
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. These terms do not impose a general exclusion for negligence or an automatic $150 cap on all liability. Rights and responsibilities concerning a particular dispute depend on the applicable law and facts.
We will publish changes with an updated date. Material changes apply prospectively; the terms agreed for an existing booking are not retrospectively changed merely by updating this page. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to operate to the extent permitted by law. Australian law applies, without excluding a court or tribunal jurisdiction available to a customer under applicable law.
