A LITTLE MORE, UNPACKED

Redelivery fees, without the mystery.

Sendaparcel does not add its own redelivery fee. A courier may still apply charges under its service terms—here is the important distinction and how to prepare.

A missed delivery is rarely the highlight of anyone’s day. Our promise is simple: Sendaparcel does not add a Sendaparcel redelivery fee of its own.

There is an important detail to keep beside that promise. The courier’s service terms still apply, and the courier may charge for another delivery attempt or a related service.

Does this mean every redelivery is free?

No. “No fee from us” refers to Sendaparcel’s own redelivery fee. It does not remove charges that the selected courier may apply under its terms.

Those charges can depend on the carrier, service and circumstances. Check the selected service conditions before booking, and query an unexpected charge with the relevant shipment details. A little plain language is better than a surprise hidden behind a cheerful headline.

Help your parcel find the right front door.

Accurate delivery details give the courier a useful starting point. Before confirming the booking, check:

  • The full street address, unit or building details.
  • The postcode, suburb and state.
  • The recipient’s contact name and phone number.
  • Any relevant access or delivery notes supported by the service.

Your address book helps keep regular recipients handy. Check saved details when you reuse them; businesses move, phone numbers change, and the office occasionally decides to become a warehouse.

What should I do after a missed delivery?

Open Tracking and check the latest available courier update. Follow the courier’s instructions for the selected service, such as arranging another attempt or collecting the item where offered.

Updating a dashboard entry does not automatically change an active courier booking. If the delivery details need changing after booking, check the available process before assuming the parcel has received the memo.

Clear promises are good company.

We also explain our platform-fee approach and how to compare available courier rates. They all have the same aim: helping you understand the delivery before you commit.

Plan your next parcel with accurate details and a service that fits. Good things deserve a good address.
