Some parcels are happy to take their time. Others have the energy of someone standing by the door with their shoes already on.
For the second group, Sendaparcel helps you compare eligible Direct Couriers same-day quotes. Enter the shipment details and explore the options available for your request.
Where do I find same-day courier quotes?
Use the Same day tab in the booking panel to focus on same-day options. Or choose Parcel or Satchel and tick Compare same-day delivery with Direct Couriers to include them alongside the regular quotes.
It is a useful way to compare urgency and price without starting the whole search again. The choice is available; the actual services depend on your route, shipment and collection details.
Which same-day service should I choose?
A route may return several Direct Couriers service levels. Review the price and displayed estimated delivery information for each option. Choose based on what the shipment needs, rather than assuming every same-day quote has the same timeframe.
Service coverage, cut-off times, capacity and shipment requirements can affect availability. Estimated delivery information is a guide, not a guaranteed appointment. Online booking availability is shown as you continue with the selected service.
What time should I say the parcel is ready?
Enter a realistic pickup-ready time for the collection location. The time is local to the pickup address. Make sure the parcel is packed, labelled when required and accessible for collection.
“Waiting by the door” is helpful. “Still looking for a box” might need a few more minutes.
Saved warehouse details in your address book can speed up entering the route. Keep the actual weight and dimensions accurate, even when the clock is doing its dramatic thing.
Same-day options, with the details unpacked.
Our same-day courier guide takes you through the comparison controls. For a shipment with several different cartons, read how to enter mixed box sizes.
Then compare the available delivery options. A clear plan is a very good companion for a busy day.
