What do I pay for when I send a parcel?
The delivery still has a freight cost. Your quote depends on the route, packed dimensions, weight, number of items and available courier service. GST and any applicable courier charges also need to be considered.
Sendaparcel quote prices are shown excluding GST. Before card payment, the booking review separates freight, GST and the total including GST. Full address details can affect the final price, so the courier price is refreshed before you proceed.

Does zero platform fees mean free shipping?
No. It means there is no separate Sendaparcel platform fee added for using the service. You still pay for the courier delivery and any applicable charges. Think of it as a simpler explanation of your checkout, rather than a parcel that has discovered teleportation.
