BYO courier accounts let you keep your own carrier relationship while organising shipping in Sendaparcel. Our home is your home — just leave the packing peanuts at the door.
Your account, your rates, one shipping space
Connect a supported account in BYO couriers. Your available quotes can appear alongside Sendaparcel courier options, labelled as your own account so you can see exactly what you are choosing. Give the connection a familiar nickname, such as “Warehouse courier”, to make busy-day decisions easier.
The courier bills freight directly to your own account. Sendaparcel does not collect that BYO freight payment through Stripe. Zero platform fees does not mean free freight: your courier’s prices, surcharges and account terms still apply.
A little honesty before the confetti
Supported account setup includes CouriersPlease, FedEx Australia, Direct Couriers, StarTrack, Aramex and Allied Express. Available services depend on the account and route. CouriersPlease currently supports live BYO bookings and labels; the other BYO connections are quote-only until their booking support is completed.
Have Australia Post, DHL Express, DHL eCommerce or another courier in mind? Use request a courier connection. Each carrier has its own API and approval process, so entering a key alone cannot connect every courier automatically.
Tell us the courier, service, account type and the documentation you have. Keep passwords and API secrets out of the request message. Supported credential entry happens separately in the account setup.
Give your parcel an accurate introduction
A great rate starts with honest measurements. Weigh the packed carton, measure its outside edges and add a separate box line for each different size. Our guide to sending different box sizes together explains the easy version.
Check whether the quote is bookable before choosing it. Review the price excluding GST, any GST shown and the final total. Your own-account billing choice should stay clear throughout the booking.
