Orders are lovely. Typing the same delivery details over and over is less lovely. Our Shopify connection brings the shipping preparation into Sendaparcel, with you firmly in charge of the next move.
The Shopify integration is awaiting Shopify approval. Wider customer connections depend on Shopify approval. Check Store connections for current availability; this article does not mean every store can install it yet.
An inbox, not an automatic launch button
Eligible unfulfilled Australian orders can be imported into the Imports workspace. They stay pending while you review them. Importing an order does not book a courier or charge a payment.
Open an order to check the recipient and delivery address. Correct missing details, confirm the payment status in Shopify and save useful contacts to your address book where appropriate. Hundreds of orders still deserve a clear next step, rather than hundreds of open tabs.
Pack first, then tell the courier what is travelling
Shopify item quantities are not parcel quantities. Three products may fit inside one box; one product may need more than one carton. Add the packed size and weight for each parcel line, using quantities only for identical packages.
Saved parcel sizes help with familiar packaging. For the mismatched carton collection, read sending different box sizes together. The tape measure gets a starring role for a reason.
Check, choose, approve
Compare the available courier services, prices and delivery estimates. Some services may be quote-only: check booking availability before choosing your final option. Review full pickup and delivery details before payment.
The compact bulk-review workflow lets you select orders, correct each line and choose a courier for each shipment. Each row needs approval. Eligible platform shipments can use combined or separate Stripe payments. If details or prices change, review the updated choice before proceeding.
Bulk shipping should save repetitive work, not skip the checks that keep parcels moving to the right place.
Bring a familiar courier along
With an eligible BYO courier account, freight is billed directly by your carrier through your account. It does not become a Sendaparcel Stripe freight payment. Live BYO booking availability varies by carrier and is explained in account setup.
Keep warehouses and regular recipients in your address book. A clear favourite pickup location is one less decision on a busy afternoon.
Keep Shopify in the loop yourself
The current connection reads orders for review. It does not automatically mark orders fulfilled or write tracking back to Shopify. Manage those updates in Shopify until a supported write-back feature is introduced.
