That “sold” moment feels good. The victory lap around a pile of packing tape? Optional. A clear plan for getting the order to its new home? Much more useful.
An eBay integration is planned for Sendaparcel. It is not a live connection today. Check Store connections for current availability before expecting orders to import.
Sold is the start of the story
The aim is simple: bring eligible orders into a tidy review queue, then let you check, fix and ship each one. An imported order should be an invitation to review, not permission to book or charge automatically.
While the connection is being developed, you can compare courier quotes and enter the delivery details yourself. Confirm the order’s payment and shipping requirements in eBay before creating a shipment.
Two products do not always mean two parcels
A marketplace quantity describes the items sold. A courier needs to know what you actually packed. Two mugs might share one carton; one order might need three different boxes. Measure and weigh the finished package, including padding and packaging.
Use a separate line for each different box size and a quantity for identical boxes. Our mixed box size guide keeps the carton maths pleasantly ordinary. Save regular packaging in saved parcel sizes for a quicker next round.
Give the address a quick once-over
Check the recipient’s full name, street, unit, suburb, postcode and contact details. Read any marketplace delivery instructions, and resolve missing information before booking. A postcode that looks close enough is not a fun surprise for a driver.
Keep your pickup details handy in the address book. If you ship from several locations, label your favourites clearly so the right warehouse gets the courier visit.
Pick the delivery that suits the parcel
Compare the available route and service options, read delivery estimates and check the final total before you confirm. Same-day options depend on coverage, pickup timing and courier availability. A tempting price still needs to fit the job.
Already have your own carrier agreement? Read about BYO courier accounts. Your courier bills your own account directly for eligible BYO bookings.
Keep the marketplace loop tidy
Automatic eBay fulfilment or tracking updates are not available through this planned integration. Until a supported connection explicitly offers them, manage those steps in eBay yourself.
