You have built the shop, chosen the products and probably had at least one spirited conversation with a plugin setting. When an order comes in, shipping should feel like the next sensible step.

Let the order details do less travelling by hand
The goal is a review-first workflow: order details arrive in a tidy queue, you check the address and packaging, then choose and approve the courier. Your orders should stay under your control until you are ready to ship.
For now, you can compare courier quotes and enter the delivery details manually. Check the payment and order status in WooCommerce before booking a shipment.
A checkout shipping price is only one part of the story
The amount your customer paid for shipping in your shop is not necessarily the courier’s final quote. Route, packed dimensions, weight, service and applicable surcharges affect the freight cost.
Review the current courier price and final total before you book. Sendaparcel’s zero platform fees do not remove freight charges, GST or your courier’s account conditions. Clear expectations make much better company than checkout surprises.
Tell us about the box, not just the product
A product listing might describe the item without its shipping carton. Measure the finished package and include the weight of the box and protection. Bubble wrap may be light, but it still takes up room.
Use one parcel line per different box size and a quantity for identical boxes. Visit our mixed box size guide, then keep your regular cartons in saved parcel sizes.
A few small checks make a better send-off
- Confirm the order is paid and ready to ship in WooCommerce.
- Check the recipient name, street, unit, postcode and contact details.
- Select the correct pickup warehouse from your address book.
- Review the courier service, estimated timeframe and final price.
The future integration will need its own supported connection and permissions. Do not put store passwords or API secrets into a public message. We will show the appropriate connection process when it is available.
Your courier can have a place here too
